Returns & Exchanges

 

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to process for an exchange. You must fill out a request for an approval before returning/exchanging all orders. Please use the form on this page to give us the exchange or return details, please include your order number as well. Once approved, you will be emailed a Return Authorization number within three business day.

 

The RA number must be indicated on the outside of your package. All Returns without a RA number will not be processed and will be refused back to sender.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt to our warehouse. All returns will be given store credit only, excluding any shipping fees.

 

Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information to confirm receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping, missing/lost packages and will not process store credit for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, you must filed a lost package claim with courier used to ship return.
